Returns

You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. We accept returns on items that come back exactly as they were sent: unworn, unused, with all tags and original packaging. You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs belong to the customer.
We cannot take responsibility for your return until it physically reaches us – if your parcel is lost with your carrier, we cannot refund it.
Always ship with tracked proof of delivery.

 

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email if your refund was approved or not. If approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take several business days to process it.
